The EWOFS 2010 Conference programme is set to attract more than 200 delegates, including a considerable number of prestigious invited speakers and international attendees, from universities, research organisations and industry.

Technical Exhibition

The EWOFS 2010 technical Exhibition is an integral and valuable part of the Conference programme.  For the delegates and speakers it is an attraction in its own right, providing them with a collective shop window for the latest developments in instruments, products, equipment and consumables that they require in the course of their research.

The exhibition will be a valuable “hands-on” source of new and different products, information and suppliers. The EWOFS 2010 provides exhibitors with an unparalleled opportunity to meet these delegates face to face and to promote themselves and their products to the people within this market sector who have a direct responsibility for the specification of such equipment in their research applications.

Exhibition Location

The EWOFS 2010 Exhibition is being held in HOTEL SOLVERDE SPA & WELLNESS CENTER.  The conference rooms are near the Exhibition area (Algarve Room).  Location of the refreshment and lunch breaks will be arranged nearby the Exhibition Hall to enable Exhibition visits.  The breaks will be extended especially to facilitate visits.  

Exhibition Timetable

Exhibition Spaces will be ready for exhibitors to set up pop up stands and/or banners in the afternoon of 7th September from 14.00 to 17.00.  All stands must be completed by 9:00 am on 8th September for the Exhibition Opening.

The Exhibition is open to Conference delegates and visitors from 9:00am to 6:00pm (on Wednesday 8th September and Thursday 9th September) and from 9h00 to 12h00 on Friday (10th September).

Any active equipment on the tables will be required to be safe and comply with the appropriate Health and Safety Standards.

The Exhibition area is divided into 15 exhibition booths, as depicted in the following plan.

1. Complete all sections of the Silver Sponsor Booking Form (next page) indicating your choice of exhibition booth (please note that the exhibition booths are allocated on a first come, first served basis*).
2. Keep a copy of the Silver Sponsor Booking Form and post, fax or email the original to INESC Porto.
3. Your Silver Sponsor Booking Form will be acknowledged via e-mail and you will be issued an invoice requiring payment within 30 days.
4. * An Exhibitor’s Pack in the form of a CD will be sent to you by the end of July 2010.
5. * Upon arrival at HOTEL SOLVERDE the Silver exhibitor will be given their name badge and will be shown to their exhibition booth.
